Community members are at the heart of any creative placemaking endeavor and the process is just as important as the product.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98591ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"98591ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Placemaking on Billings\u2019 South Side<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8809dbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8809dbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In 2016, Healthy By Design began exploring creative placemaking as a community health improvement strategy on the South Side of Billings. As part of the 2020 &#8211; 2023 Community Health Improvement Plan, we are seeking more opportunities to leverage the creativity and artistic talents of our community to create welcoming, accessible
